Your role
As a Business Application Lead, you join our team to ensure the smooth operation and evolution of business applications within your scope. As a true expert, you guarantee the performance, compliance, and relevance of application solutions for users.
Your missions
Application Support (RUN):
- Ensure the processing of support requests (L2/L3) and application incidents.
- Animate a network of Key Users and be their direct contact.
- Define and ensure compliance with application usage rules.
- Guide and support users on functional incidents.
Application Environment Management:
- Administer, monitor, and ensure the sustainability of applications (backups, technological watch, obsolescence management).
- Define and maintain documentation, training materials, decision trees, and cataloged requests.
- Intervene in the implementation of new environments (migration, application evolution, replatforming).
Projects and Evolutions:
- Participate in the evaluation and qualification of business needs.
- Coordinate application evolutions (preventive, corrective, major).
- Write or participate in the writing of general specifications.
- Monitor the compliance of deliverables and support the realization of business acceptance.
Transversality and IS Alignment:
- Collaborate with other IT departments and the IS Urbanization department.
- Guarantee compliance with IS and SSI rules (Minimum Security Rules).
- Propose standard and optimized alternative solutions to limit customizations.
Budget Management and Application Portfolio:
- Manage multi-year forecasts and expense control.
Your objectives:
- Maintain a minimal backlog of requests and incidents.
- Guarantee performance and availability levels in line with user expectations.
- Ensure the quality, cost, and deadline for the provision of application solutions.
- Ensure the smooth running of acceptance tests and user support in the development of test scenarios.

Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of the business related to your application domain and its challenges.
- Mastery of the lifecycle of an IT application.
- General knowledge of application and interface technologies.
- Ability to judge the relevance of needs, qualify technical choices, and manage subcontracted projects.
