Supply Chain and Quality Specialist SCQS
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Specialist (f/m) to join the PIMSY HW Systems team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Supplier Management & Quality solutions. As part of the PIMSY HW Systems Team, you will be involved in operational supplier interfaces aiming at securing supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance.

Challenges
- Manage contract execution and drive supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance, assessing capabilities during tendering and selection phases.
- Lead new product introductions, Transfer of Work (ToW), and industrial changes to ensure qualification maturity before serial manufacturing phases.
- Identify supplier industrial risks, resolve complex quality events, and implement robust short-term recovery plans.
- Support Supply Chain Quality Managers (SCQM) by delivering expertise on APQP, audits, assessments, and Manufacturing Engineering topics.
- Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and tools, driving overall supplier development and industrial performance maturity.
Qualifications
- Strong Background in Supply Chain, Quality, or Industrial Engineering.
- Min 3+ years of experience in supplier quality management, procurement logistics, or industrial quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of industrial quality frameworks (APQP, QMS, Lean) and digital tools (SAP, AirSupply, Skywise, EASA/POA regulations).
- Advanced level of English (French or other languages would be a clear asset).
