Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Advanced Analytics Leader to join our Digital in Operations Department based in Toulouse, France.

This role provides clear vision, maximizes value‑for‑money, ensures user‑centric digital tools, and delivers reliable, compliant data to address critical business challenges. It closely supports and collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

About the Department

The Digital in Operations department drives the digital transformation across Airbus Commercial Operations and the wider Group. Within the procurement scope, you will identify disruptive technologies and deploy innovative solutions to ensure the Supply Chain is fit for the future.

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Advanced Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate the Analytics product vision, manage budgets, build business cases, and prioritize features within an Agile framework.
• Continuously interact with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data solutions for decision‑making.
• Set up project governance, lead steering committees, and ensure projects are delivered within time, scope, cost, and quality objectives.
• Act as the main interface with IT teams and subcontractors to lead technical development and manage data products.
• Oversee in‑service support, drive communications, and manage change management to ensure smooth user adoption.

Qualifications

• Background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record in Digital/Data Product Management in an international environment with solid project management experience in the Supply Chain domain.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, Advanced Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data solutions, and Data Visualization tools.
• High flexibility and multitasking abilities, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to alternate between high‑level vision and technical details.
• Full professional proficiency in both English (negotiation level required) and French.
