Production Supervisor (H/F)

Location: Étaples-sur-Mer (62), Centre de Recherche & Développement et site de production.

Job type: Full time.

Responsibilities

• Assure the safety of collaborators, report and address observed safety deviations.
• Animate and supervise autonomous production teams.
• Optimize the use of technical and human resources.
• Coordinate production needs with appropriate support services (maintenance, logistics, methods, industrialisation…).
• Improve quality, cost, schedule and safety performance of production lines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop teams’ competencies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in production management, ideally in the automotive industry or a high‑cadence technology sector.
• Higher education degree: engineering or master’s equivalent in production management, industrial engineering or related field.
• Autonomous, rigorous and reactive, with proven leadership, managerial qualities and strong interpersonal skills to rally teams.
• Ability to propose concrete solutions and evolve processes, essential for success in this role.
