Job Overview

Within the framework of the project execution environment, supervise & execute the assigned Commissioning Plan for the area – within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness – in order to meet the overall project objectives and targets.

Responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate the pre‑commissioning job of on‑site plants and large standard plants.
• Carry out static and dynamic performance tests & reports of on‑site plants and/or in the workshop.
• Co‑ordinate the pre‑commissioning and the commissioning job of on‑site plants at the customer site (when requested) until the signature of the performance tests & reports and the hand‑over to the customer.
• Document the pre‑commissioning & commissioning work.
• Participate in site internal audits and supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Control the construction subcontractor’s pre‑commissioning and commissioning team dedicated to them.
• Lead the work of some pre‑commissioning and commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
• Apply project QHSE rules and procedures during the execution of task.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor's).
• 3+ years of experience.
• Familiar with piping design and manufacturing knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of chemical processes, distillation, process control, and automation.
