Your Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, and general accounting in compliance with legal and tax requirements.
• Enter Incoming Payments.
• Send customer reminders and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile MP supplier invoices with inventory receipts.
• Enter supplier invoices and ensure they are processed in a timely manner.
• Enter Bank Transactions and Prepare a Reconciliation Report.
• Oversee the monthly payroll integration and flag any potential discrepancies.
• Perform the verification, allocation, and posting of expense reports in accordance with the scope of authorization.
• Oversee monthly and annual closings: Statutory and IFRS financial statements.
• Prepare reports.
• Prepare tax returns.
• Submit reports: VAT, social security, tax, and trade in goods and services.

Profile

• 2–4 years of post‑high school education in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of ERP, accounting software, cash management, Microsoft Office suite.
• English proficiency.
