Subscriptions Sales Executive (M/F/D)

Infopro Digital, a B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Subscription Sales Executive on a permanent contract to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon.

As a Subscription Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering significant uplift in our individual and enterprise subscriptions through up‑sell and new business
• Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 80%
• Building and developing client relationships across their book of business of clients
• Presenting usage statistics to key customers
• Protecting our copyright and monetizing opportunities highlighted through client infringement
• Establishing best‑in‑class sales and client engagement practices (in close partnership with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services)
• Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions
• Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base
• Building close partnerships with the enterprise customers

About You

• Previous experience of media sales is important as we are looking for individuals who can accelerate the growth of our brands and customer base.
• Fluent/native English speaker. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• You are creative, consultative, able to build strategic relationships with your client base and motivate others around you.
