Subscription Sales Executive (M/F/D)

Infopro Digital, a B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Subscription Sales Executive on a permanent contract to strengthen the Companeo, Lda team based in Lisbon.

The Challenge Ahead

You will be a key point of contact for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver significant uplift in individual and enterprise subscriptions through up‑sell and new business.
• Retain existing client subscription base at a ratio greater than 80%.
• Build and develop client relationships across their book of business.
• Present usage statistics to key customers.
• Protect our copyright and monetize opportunities highlighted through client infringement.
• Establish best‑in‑class sales and client engagement practices in close partnership with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services.
• Transition subscription business from individual to enterprise subscriptions.
• Drive increased penetration and engagement across existing client base.
• Build close partnerships with enterprise customers.

About You

• Previous experience of media sales is important as we are looking for individuals who can accelerate the growth of our brands and customer base.
• Fluent/native English speaker. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• You are creative, consultative, able to build strategic relationships with your client base and motivate others around you.
