Subject Matter Expert in Pharma/Food&Beverage (F/M) page is loaded## Subject Matter Expert in Pharma/Food&Beverage (F/M)locations: Velizy-Villacoublaytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-8295**Subject Matter Expert in Pharma/Food&Beverage (F/M)****Localisation : France****Job purpose :**For the French domestic market, supports customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sales, acting as a trusted expert across automation, digitalization, instrumentation, and safety to co-design robust, high-value solutions for complex industrial processes in the Pharmaceutical and/or Food & Beverage industry.**Core responsibilities :**For the French domestic market, in close cooperation with Business Developers and Account managers, ensure technical framing in pre-sales, sales and post sales phases:
- Defines architectures: DCS, MES, QMS, LIMS, Field equipment, Safety, Data Integration IT/OT.
- Translates process constraints/needs into technical solutions.
- Supports pre-sales farming, offer building, and delivery follow-up.
- Promotes adjacent solutions: IIo
T, analytics, energy, cybersecurity.
- Ensures standardization across industries and solutions sharing feedback across the organization.
- Knowledgeable about the Pharmaceutical market stakeholder in France, literate about the System Integrator, EPC and Automation Vendor. He will act as escalation point for the Pharma matters in his territory
- Ideally speak the Pharma “language” and is able to identify/capture customer needs and articulate an initial solution through client interviews and documentation analysis, that respect the Pharma quality and compliance regulations/standards.
- Customer Relations: Develops partnerships with customers and act as the focal point for ensuring customer satisfaction across all the project work undertaken by the solution team. Be the “internal” customer voice raising opportunities and issues. Acting as customer C-Level point of contact on all request (RFP/RFI/RFQ), showing “hidden” needs as well as escalation point for product, solution and services issues.**Expected Profile****Must-Have:**
- Engineer in instrumentation and process control, industrial automation, or process engineering.
- 10+ years in specialty Pharma and/or Food & Beverage, including automation or digital roles out of which of least 5 years shall be in **MES and/or QMS and/or LIMS**.
- Strong customer engagement and strategic account management experience.
- Expertise in DCS, Batch, safety systems, and instrumentation.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory, sustainability, and digitalization challenges.
- Leadership in cross-functional solution design.
- Good understanding of business drivers of Pharmaceutical and F&B
- Should be able to formulate KPI for each level of stake holders.
- Flexible for short-notice travels.
- Fluent in French and English,
