Studio Manager F/M/X

As part of the corporate communications team, you will work on multichannel communications projects with high graphic design standards. You will help structure and develop the studio’s operations within a corporate environment. Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, you will oversee the studio’s operations and ensure the quality and consistency of the brand’s visual output.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio operations by organizing production workflows and prioritizing internal requests.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external creative resources (graphic designers, agencies, freelancers, videographers, photographers).
• Develop communication concepts and oversee their graphic implementation across various media.
• Ensure the brand’s visual consistency across all channels and deliverables.
• Define, structure, and refine production standards (templates, guidelines, asset libraries).

Qualifications

• Higher education in visual communication, design, art direction, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience in a graphic design studio or in an art direction role.
• Proficiency in the graphic design workflow and creative tools (Adobe, PowerPoint, Figma, or equivalent).
• Professional-level English (B2/C1) enabling you to interact in an international environment.
