Responsible for the commercial development of the Client Solutions team, managing leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients and offering them a one‑stop shop for the conception and execution of structured products. They manage product lifecycles, promote TP ICAP and the Client Solutions division, and participate in events to promote TP ICAP.

Responsibilities

• Promote TP ICAP.
• Provide complete support to the business for the smooth running of the desk and assist with administrative tasks.
• Identify trade opportunities for clients.
• Price structured products.
• Manage the lifecycle of products.
• Draft marketing content.
• Contribute to the organization of desk events.
• Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments.
• Fulfill additional/ad‑hoc duties as required.
• Network and build relationships with the desk and the wider business.
• Build an understanding of various asset classes and products across TP ICAP.

Qualifications

• Essential: Strong technical knowledge in derivatives and structured products.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of various asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income & Credit, Commodities, FX).
• Essential: Clear communication skills – confident but with humility.
• Essential: Good networking skills and emotional intelligence to build effective relationships.
• Essential: Strong work ethic, positive can‑do attitude and resilience.
• Essential: Numerical strength, analytical thinking and aptitude for technology.
• Essential: Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Desired: Previous experience in investment banking, asset management or brokerage in structured products and derivatives.
