Structured Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining the financing strategy
• Lead the competitive process to select financial partner(s)
• Manage external advisors and expert teams where applicable
• Negotiate financing documentation, securities and guarantees, and coordinate closing phases
• Manage implemented financings
• Assist in forming consortia and participate in negotiating consortium agreements
• Analyze specifications and tender documents issued by contracting authorities
• Participate in preparing responses to calls for applications and tenders
• Support project risk analysis
• Develop project financing strategies
• Support negotiation of project documents
• Contribute to preparing group steering and investment committee materials
• Carry out additional ad hoc assignments

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree or equivalent (Bac +5) from a university or grande école
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in a project and/or asset financing team at a bank, investment fund, consultancy, or industrial group
• Prior exposure to PPP projects required (Public-Private Partnerships)
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and good stress resilience
• Strong communicator, able to engage with diverse stakeholders (internal and external)
• Experienced negotiator accustomed to dealing with banking partners
• Interest in rail and public transport infrastructure
• Fluent English (working language); a third language is a plus
