Job Title

Marketing & Strategy Manager

Reporting To

Head of Marketing & Strategy, Customer Support & Services Department

Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales of parts, equipment, and services (budget, MTP and updates) for both divisions at site level, coordinating with program managers and demand to align with customer needs and market evolution.
  • Consolidate site sales forecasts to present a consolidated sales budget at the division level.
  • Define, implement and monitor pricing and commercial policies for spares and services (MRO). Manage price catalogues.
  • Participate in defining strategic orientations, short‑term and long‑term, and present them at C‑level for approval.
  • Create business plans for transversal projects such as new offers and activity transfer.
  • Support sales activities and act as a potential customer interface when required.
  • Support additional tasks necessary to achieve short‑ and long‑term sales objectives and internal requests from management.
  • Monitor market indicators (market share, pricing, offered services, PMA competition, DER development, used part availability).
  • Create sales trackers to monitor parts and services sales; launch commercial actions when unusual sales trends are identified.
  • Define, implement and continuously improve key processes and marketing tools such as interactive dashboards, pricing & costing tools, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
  • Manage strategic projects with 5‑10 contributors, including portfolio reviews and divesting projects, identifying core/non-core activities and implementing divestment strategy in coordination with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree level or equivalent with a major in Engineering or Business.
  • 5‑year experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a marketing/commercial role focused on customer support and services.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience working with databases (internal or external) to develop commercial strategy based on data. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex market changes and strategic concepts to senior levels and occasionally to customers.
  • Good financial and business background, able to create financial models for business plans.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive projects with various stakeholders.
  • Technical background and knowledge in airworthiness regulations is a plus.
