Context
We are recruiting a Strategy and Operations Manager to steer business operations of our existing customer portfolio.
This new role, at the intersection of account management, finance and legal, will be key to ensure customer retention, maximize revenues and optimize sales operations.
Future missions
- Customer portfolio strategy
- Scope expansion: identification and closing of upsell and cross sell including new product Go‑To‑Market
- Lifetime value: maximizing relationship duration and optimizing contractual set‑up
- Leverage credibility: working with marketing ensuring our successes resonate through customer stories
- Pricing strategy
- Own pricing strategy and framework working hand in hand with Product, Professional Services, Sales and Account Management teams as well as Finance
- Design pricing referential and processes across Skaleet’s product and services portfolio
- Support leadership and account managers designing complex pricing models and forecasts
- Ensure all offers and pricings are approved in a consistent fashion and improve Skaleet margins
- Processes and tooling
- Document internal processes, identify bottlenecks and define a realistic improvement plan
- Automate manual tasks leveraging the internal workflow platform and designing efficient alerting mechanisms
- Analysis and reporting
- Design dashboards to track the Account Management pipeline covering lead generation, opportunity qualification, closing and invoicing
- Derive recommendations and lead internal governance so all stakeholders are informed and held accountable
- Deal support and enablement
- Support senior management and account managers on strategic deals with high‑touch customers
- Conduct strategic/ad‑hoc transversal projects or analysis including win/loss
- Drive cross‑functional strategic projects as a program owner: scoping, cross‑team coordination and milestone tracking
Desired profile
- Ideal candidate has a background in Consulting (Financial Services)
- 2‑4+ years of experience
- Preferred experience in Banking/Payments/Fintech
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to evolve in highly ambiguous set‑ups (internally and externally)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Rigorous, analytical and team player
