Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Strategy & Offer Specialist (Brand Management) located in Paris , with flexibility for remote work.

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of both internal and external ecosystems and the Roche/Chugai strategy to guide decision-making.
• Engage and collaborate with internal Haemophilia stakeholders, Portfolio and Life Cycle Management team, Global team and external healthcare professionals from reference centres and care networks.
• Create, share, and break down an ambitious vision into meaningful objectives for team members (local and EU), clients, patients, and the healthcare system.
• Be an active contributor to the Integrated Brand Plan while monitoring, measuring, and adapting the marketing plan to ensure the success of the strategy defined by the Squad.
• Contribute to defining and lead projects to implement the strategy, including the congress, events and projects built with or for our clients, based on deep insights and experience analysis.
• Contribute as a recognized expert to delivering specific marketing plan.
• Increase client satisfaction and preference through innovative solutions while adhering to regulations and codes of conduct.
• Define key performance indicators for actions targeting healthcare professionals and patients, measuring impact in terms of satisfaction, outcomes, and reputation.
• Ensure all activities comply with external regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Integrate laws, directives, and the Roche/Chugai code of conduct into all business activities.

Your Profile

• Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Science or business graduate, ideally with marketing qualification.
• Several years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a marketing position.
• Solid experience in project management and collaboration within cross-functional organizations.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing (including social media) is preferable.
• Sound analytical and budget management skills.
• Strong time management, workload prioritization, and multitasking abilities, even under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision when needed.
• Proactive and positive, taking ownership and maintaining high standards in all tasks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (French and English), with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and champion brand/company values.
• Methodical and detail-oriented, ensuring adherence to processes and task completion.
• Adapts to digital solutions and innovative approaches to enhance work efficiency.
• Integrates client and brand strategies into marketing with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
• Focuses on actions that deliver value, sustainability, and impact, with a commitment to CSR.
• Quick to learn and adapt, maintaining performance in complex, uncertain situations.
