We are seeking a Strategy and Medical Affairs Manager to lead strategic initiatives and provide clinical expertise, ensuring our innovative solutions align with our mission to transform healthcare globally.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to support United Imaging Healthcare’s mission, growth, and sustainability in the imaging diagnostics industry.
  • Conduct market analysis, industry trend assessments, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions for product and solution development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, finance, marketing) to align on strategic goals and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend course corrections to enhance market impact.

Medical and Clinical Oversight

  • Provide expert clinical insights into the development of imaging diagnostic products, clinical trials, and healthcare delivery models.
  • Ensure all medical activities comply with national regulations, ethical standards, and United Imaging Healthcare’s policies.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and medical departments to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Support the creation of clinical guidelines, protocols, and educational materials for imaging solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent United Imaging Healthcare at medical conferences, regulatory meetings, and strategic partnership discussions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, regulators, academic institutions, and industry partners to advance the company’s mission.
  • Communicate complex medical and strategic information clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements And Skills

  • Language proficiency: French and English.
  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) in medicine, life sciences, or a related field; an MBA or business qualification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical strategy, or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role, preferably in imaging diagnostics or medical technology.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research, regulatory compliance, and trends in the healthcare and imaging industry.
  • Proven ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies to drive innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills to foster partnerships and collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software is an advantage.
