Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Strategy and M&A team under the guidance of our Chief Strategy Officer. The internship offers exposure to critical strategic initiatives in the dynamic music streaming industry.

What you will do

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the music streaming and entertainment industry.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine corporate strategies, including market entry, growth, and expansion plans.
• Presentations: Prepare and contribute to presentations for senior leadership, summarizing findings, recommendations, and insights.
• Due Diligence: Assist in conducting due diligence on potential M&A targets, including financial analysis, market positioning, and risk assessment.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including finance, legal, and product, to support the execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• You are currently in a final year or a gap year (“césure”) at a top tier business or engineering school.
• Experience with a well‑known international consulting firm or in corporate finance (investment banking, private equity) is highly appreciated.
• You have strong analytical skills with excellent research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast paced, collaborative and international environment.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills, both in English and in French.
• You are attracted by the tech / start‑up environment and a passion for the music and entertainment industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
