Strategic Tech Success Lead | Hybrid (Paris/Dublin)

MongoDB is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Paris or Dublin to lead strategic engagements with Forbes Global 2000 customers. You will own health, ARR, and adoption across a defined portfolio, acting as the customer advocate inside MongoDB and coordinating with Sales, Professional Services, and Solutions Architects.

You will drive executive reviews, design remediation plans, and foster growth through technical and business leadership while aligning with MongoDB Atlas and product teams.
