Strategic Sourcing Lead – Carbon & Composites

Hexcel Corporation, based in Les Avenières, is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing activities for direct materials in the EU region. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships to meet key performance indicators, and developing sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field and minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing. Candidates with aerospace or automotive experience will have an advantage. Fluency in English is required.
