Description of domain/function:

As digitalization accelerates and Cloud and SaaS solutions expand, BuyIn’s Information Technology (IT) department plays a key strategic role for Orange and Deutsche Telekom. We manage global IT sourcing for both groups, including the solutions powering their B2B offers. Within this scope, the IT Workforce Office leads major IT Services negotiations and oversees BuyIn’s strategic IT Service suppliers, contributing directly to large‑scale transformation programs.

What you will bring

You have strong strategic sourcing expertise in the IT domain, with solid knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and supplier management. Key skills include:

• Strategic Procurement: Ability to design and execute sourcing strategies that deliver value and support stakeholder goals.

• Deal-Making: Skilled in negotiating complex IT contracts, analysing pricing models, and identifying savings levers.

• Market Intelligence: Strong ability to analyse markets, assess supplier capabilities, and anticipate risks and opportunities.

• Supplier Relationship Management: Experience managing strategic suppliers and driving performance and improvement.

• Contract & Project Management: Comfortable drafting/negotiating contracts with Legal and leading cross‑functional sourcing projects.

• Mindset & Autonomy: Proactive, structured, analytical, and eager to learn and grow.

• Languages: Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).

Your responsibilities

• Lead international sourcing projects and define winning negotiation strategies.

• Identify and drive cost‑optimization levers in your portfolio.

• Manage contracts, sourcing documentation, KPIs, and reporting.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and international suppliers.

• Understand business needs and propose scaling opportunities for BuyIn.

• Conduct supplier negotiations and present recommendations to senior management.

Your profile

• You solve commercial, tech, and sustainability challenges with a strategic, customer‑oriented mindset.

• You are eager to learn, share knowledge, and work in a multicultural, team‑driven environment.

• You are comfortable engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.

• You bring 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally with exposure to IT Services.

• You have a strong track record in complex international negotiations.

• You hold a master’s degree and are data crunching expert.
