Strategic Site Budget & Contracts Lead – France

Fortrea seeks an experienced Clinical Trials Budget & Contract Specialist to develop, negotiate, administer and execute country-level SB&C agreements and budgets.

You will partner with Study Startup, SB&C and Clinical Operations to enable Ready To Enroll milestones, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with fair market value guidance.

The role requires a BS degree with 4+ years in clinical research contracting, strong negotiation and organizational skills, and data-driven decision making.
