Strategic Resort Development & Deals Lead

Club Med is seeking a Development Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of resort development projects at its Paris La Villette headquarters. This role includes sourcing new projects, conducting feasibility studies, and negotiating deals with financial stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate development or related fields, demonstrating excellent communication and negotiation skills. The position offers a permanent contract with benefits including employee holidays in Club Med resorts.
