Strategic Real Estate Cost Manager – France

Gleeds is seeking an experienced cost manager to join the real estate cost management team in Paris. You will support directors, deliver high-quality cost deliverables, and prepare cost estimates and tender documentation for large projects.

The role requires 5–10 years in cost management with at least 3 years in France, plus strong knowledge of procurement strategies, French regulations, and fluency in English and French. The position is office-based in Paris.
