Strategic Prospecting Executive (German and/or French speaking)

DescriptionYou have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.In this role, you will be responsible for the support of Business Development Prospecting efforts to ensure the growth of new business and partnerships. This role will actively contribute to the growth strategy for Syneos Health Field Deployment Services, including Medical & Commercial Solutions.Responsibilities:
- Maintains key target information for companies/brands and customers to support an evolving targeting execution plan. This plan factors in elements such as new asset approvals/denials, phase 3 clinical trial status, shifts in decision makers, new partnerships across Commercial, and new business pitch status
- Conducts necessary prospecting activities (e.g. email, telephone, online such as TEAMS, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, and conference outreach) to identify potential customers within the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry, providing insight into customers’ needs, challenges, current medical affairs and promotional advertising strategies, and acting on those insights to support new business activities
- Works closely with the European Business Development team to support the execution of agreed targeted marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and to ensure a smooth transition of new customers from the prospecting stage to active accounts
- Works with Medical & Commercial Business Development Stakeholders and Business Units to maintain updated relationship maps and target engagement status
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in a Business Development or related Sales/Prospecting role within Pharma & Healthcare industry is a must (Virtual /inside healthcare sales experience is preferred)
- Experience working in a B2B sales role
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM and prospecting software (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication, effective presentation, and organizational skills
- Up to 10% of travel for company meetings, customers’ meetings and industry conferences, as needed
- Ability to communicate fluently in business English and one other language (such as Italian, French, German or Spanish - both verbal and written)
