Strategic Project Intern (Sales Training, Retail Excellence)
ANINE BING is looking for a Strategic Project Intern to join our Retail Excellence Program , one of our most important global initiatives of 2026. This is where we build the training foundation for how we sell, serve, and connect with our clients. Starting in retail and built to scale, the program sets the standard for the kind of client experience that defines our brand. You'll work directly with the company’s executives, leadership, and cross-functional teams to create the materials that bring it to life. If you're looking for an internship where you actually build something, this is it.
Responsibilities Include:
Build sales training that goes deep: the art of selling, clienteling, conversion, and the relationship-based approach that turns a great interaction into a lasting client
Develop service training grounded in the belief that how we show up for each other internally is how we show up for our clients externally
Develop merchant mindset training that teaches our in-store teams to think like owners: understanding what sells, how to position it, and how to use that knowledge to drive results across every aspect of the client experience
Develop product training that teaches not just what we make and where it comes from, but how to talk about it in a way that moves product
Produce train-the-trainer kits that enable field leaders to deliver training consistently across every market
Conduct field immersion in our local stores to ground the work in operational reality
Present progress and the final deliverables to the project leadership team at the end of the internship
