Strategic Operations Lead for Growth

Raidium, an AI medtech startup, seeks an Operations & Strategy Manager to translate strategic vision into actionable plans. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Strategy & Operations to optimize processes, track KPIs, and drive cross-functional initiatives that propel Raidium’s growth in precision medicine and medical imaging.

You will work across Machine Learning, Product, Software, QARA, Marketing, Sales and Clinical Solutions, supporting fundraising efforts and investor communications.
