Strategic Operations Lead

Eligo Bioscience, Paris, seeks an executive operations leader to own and optimize the company’s operating system. You will oversee finance, HR, IT, facilities, procurement and legal ops, ensuring the business runs smoothly and scales with clinical progress.

You’ll drive board prep, investor updates, and internal/external communications, shaping strategic decisions and ensuring timely execution across functions. This role offers autonomy and a close collaboration with the CEO and leadership team.
