Strategic Operating Model & Process Excellence Lead

CMA CGM in Marseille seeks a Transformation – Assets & Operations Lead to design and implement target operating models enabling asset transformations. You will structure processes, clarify responsibilities, and align activities, data and tools across the organization.

You will collaborate with Change Management, IT, and business units, map and optimize processes, drive adoption, and ensure a robust transition from project to operations with clear governance, dashboards, and documentation.
