Strategic Marketing Research Assistant – Internship (6-month) July 2026 (W/M/NB)

At the heart of our success, the Marketing & Strategic Research teams are involved throughout the game creation process and support their release to our fans.
Ubisoft is recruiting interns for its Global Strategic Insights (GSI) department , located at its International Production Headquarters. Combining a range of expertise, GSI brings together specialists dedicated to brand management.
Within this structure, you will join the Games & Brands team , which contributes to deepening our knowledge of our markets, our players and their expectations, in order to guide the development of our products and the growth strategy of our brands.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Assisting design analysts in analysing consumer studies (qualitative and quantitative);
- Taking part in the preparation and presentation of study results in the form of summary reports;
- Participating in project management follow‑up in relations with other Ubisoft teams and our external service providers. Contributing to the development of the various franchises and products in your brand portfolio, in line with Ubisoft’s strategy.

Qualifications
- Graduate student specialising in Marketing or Consumer Studies. Ideally, you will have some initial experience in the entertainment sector.
- You are interested in the world of video games, have a good knowledge of the subject and keep up to date with industry news. You are comfortable with numbers and have a keen interest in data and analysis;
- You want to work in a creative and stimulating environment; you have excellent interpersonal skills, strive for excellence and enjoy working in a team;
- You have a very good level of English; French is a plus.
- You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; proficiency in software such as Qualtrics, SPSS or equivalent is appreciated but not required.

Recruitment process
If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if the job description matches your profile, but also what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.
