We are looking for an experienced Strategic Market Development Manager to strengthen Autel’s presence and industry influence in France. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, building relationships across the automotive aftermarket ecosystem, identifying market trends and new business opportunities, and representing Autel through key industry platforms and activities.

What You’ll Do

• Drive market development, strategic partnerships, external engagement, and thought leadership for Autel across Europe.
• Represent Autel Europe at industry events, trade shows, conferences, association meetings, and partner activities across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, industry associations, automotive aftermarket networks, and key ecosystem stakeholders.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities across the European automotive aftermarket.
• Support the development of new business areas in Europe, including AI, ADAS, EV, diagnostics, and smart mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, technical support, and management, to align market insights with business priorities.

You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in market development, strategic partnerships, business development, industry relations, or external engagement within the automotive aftermarket or a closely related industry.
• Strong understanding of European automotive aftermarket, including associations, workshops, distributors, service networks, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• An excellent communicator and presenter, with strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to represent Autel externally.
• Market-oriented and commercially aware, with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Professional proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in French or other European languages are a strong plus.
