Strategic M&A Manager | End-to-End Transactions

Solvay’s Mergers & Acquisitions team seeks an experienced M&A Manager to drive end-to-end transaction coordination, financial evaluation, and stakeholder management. You will oversee both internal teams and external advisors to support acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures that shape Solvay’s strategic portfolio.

Required are 8+ years in corporate M&A (industrial focus preferred), a relevant degree with finance/accounting qualifiers, and fluent English.
