Strategic M&A Integration Lead

FLSmidth in France seeks an Integration Manager to lead end-to-end post‑merger integration programs across acquired businesses. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, executives and external advisors to ensure governance, milestones, and value realization are achieved.

The role covers Day 1 readiness, pre‑signing and post‑closing execution with strong emphasis on risk management, KPI tracking, and synergy realization. Domestic and international travel is expected.
