Strategic Legal Ops & Transformation Lead

Opella seeks a seasoned professional to lead Legal Operations and Operational Excellence from its Neuilly-sur-Seine base. You will drive process design, digital tool adoption, and governance enhancements across the LEX function, coordinating with leadership to improve efficiency and impact.

You will develop KPIs, dashboards and budget controls, while steering transformation and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Compliance and IT. Fluent English is required; French preferred.
