Strategic Legal Operations & Transformation Lead

Opella is seeking a Legal Operations & Transformation Lead in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. You will partner with the General Counsel & Board Secretary to drive operational excellence across the LEX function and translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing processes, dashboards, budget discipline, governance support, and deploying AI-enabled solutions to boost productivity and service delivery. Fluent English required; French preferred.
