Strategic Labor & Employee Relations Manager

Danaher in France is seeking a Senior Labor and Employee Relations Manager to guide associates, leaders, and HR partners on policy application and legal compliance across jurisdictions. You’ll manage a diverse ER caseload, including investigations and workforce changes, and partner with works councils and employee representatives as required.

You’ll work with the Danaher LER COE to drive performance improvements, develop ER policies, and ensure consistent handling of all relations matters while
