Strategic Key Account Leader – Exec Engagement & Growth

IQVIA France is seeking a Key Account Manager in Paris to own strategic accounts, drive revenue growth and maximize value from the full IQVIA portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor, build executive relationships and orchestrate cross-functional teams across Data, Technology, Consulting and Services.

You will lead complex sales, shape opportunities, and manage renewals to secure long-term value and strong client satisfaction. A high level of ownership and commercial rigor is expected.
