Strategic HR Partner – Talent, Change & Engagement

Klépierre is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the France operations. You will partner with managers, supervise a junior HR Business Partner, and collaborate with HR specialists across the group to define and implement the HR strategy for about 300 employees in France.

The role blends operational and advisory duties, including talent management, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and change management. A strong people orientation and business acumen are essential.
