Strategic HR Business Partner — Talent, Leadership & Growth

Smithfield Foods is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead human resources initiatives at our facility in Nouvelle-Calédonie. The role partners with leadership to drive talent, succession planning, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.

The HRBP will oversee programs, support management, and mentor staff, with travel of 5-10% as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting are required.
