Strategic Hotel Sales & Revenue Leader

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Director of Sales to lead hotel business development through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, and tours. The role drives new business and maintains existing transient, group, and meeting room accounts while overseeing all sales/marketing and PR tasks.

The position reports to hotel leadership and requires coordination with revenue and operations to maximize occupancy and REVPAR through strategic campaigns and relationship building.
