Strategic Hospitality SaaS Account Lead - Paris (Hybrid)

Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to grow and support our top hospitality customers in France. You will own relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders, drive growth, adoption, and long-term value across a hybrid Paris-based role.

You will use data and feedback to optimize the customer journey, partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams, and lead quarterly reviews to ensure robust retention and expansion in our SaaS platform.
