Strategic Growth Lead — Healthcare/Insurance via Brokers

Jobtailor is seeking a senior sales leader in Paris to drive growth across the Individual, SME and Corporate segments in the French healthcare and insurance market.

You will manage a robust pipeline, develop intermediary networks with brokers and partners, deliver accurate forecasts and oversee end-to-end winning proposals and onboarding to ensure a professional customer experience.

10+ years of distribution or direct sales experience and fluency in French and English are required.
