time:matters is seeking a seasoned Operations professional to lead the design and management of operational solutions for key accounts. You will coordinate global tenders, translate customer requirements into executable solutions, and drive supplier selection to balance quality and cost.

You will own end-to-end implementation, monitor performance, and serve as the operations expert in customer engagements and events, while pushing process optimization and SOP development across projects.
