Strategic Finance Leader for Growth & Scale

Leanspace is seeking a Head of Finance to partner with the CEO and executive team across international operations. This hands-on leadership role blends strategic thinking with operational execution to drive performance, discipline, and scalable growth.

You will own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, month-end close, and board/investor reporting, while building scalable finance systems and supporting fundraising and strategic initiatives. English required; French preferred.
