Strategic Finance Controller — Hybrid & Forecasting Focus

Pluxee is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The role focuses on analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes in a hybrid work environment.

You will monitor budgets, conduct cost analyses, ensure policy compliance, and support audits. Fluency in French and English is required, CMA preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
