About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, protecting bottom line and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A and accounting, potentially some exposure to M&A processes and due diligence as well as stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

• FP&A and Financial Operations
  • Lead month‑end close processes from an FP&A standpoint, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines and timely reporting, working closely with the controllership team.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for full P&L and cashflow.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and other functional teams on forecasting, costing and analysis to provide actionable insights and drive decision‑making.
• Strategic Projects and AI
  • Contribute to data room information for due diligence processes.
  • Oversee finance‑related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Participate in implementation of new AI projects and automation solutions in collaboration with the tech team and other stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions to align financial goals and business strategies.
  • Communicate complex financial data effectively to the leadership team to drive informed decision‑making.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, M&A, and/or accounting, with a strong background in finance and accounting principles (including G/L management and close processes).
• Daily user of AI and automation to optimize and automatize day‑to‑day work.
• Highly proficient in data analysis, thriving with large datasets, Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with writing SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence business partners and senior leaders on strategic decisions.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, highly organised, and focused on continuous improvement and delivering impactful results in a dynamic environment.
