Job Title
Marketing Apprentice – September 2026 (Apprentice contract, Duration: 12 or 24 months, Start Date: September 2026)
About the Role
As a Strategic Events Marketing Apprentice, you will promote the Salesforce brand and products at strategic events and related communications, working closely with the marketing team, sales, solution engineering and partners. You will be assigned an experienced sales manager who will provide hands‑on coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the organization and execution of French Salesforce Strategic events such as the Salesforce World Tour Paris and third‑party events, including facilitation, logistics, internal communication, audience engagement, vendor management, production, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to develop and execute strategic event programs, ensuring project deadlines and delivery are met.
- Drive audience acquisition through targeted registration strategies and internal/external communication plans.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track registrations across event activations.
- Monitor and utilize event support tools (registration, scanning, scoring) in sync with HQ and EMEA teams.
- Analyze internal and external event best practices and propose innovative event concepts to engage new audiences and promote the Salesforce brand.
- Manage external relationships with agencies and vendors.
- Complete pre‑ and post‑event assessment, ROI analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate post‑event follow‑up activities, gather participant feedback, and refine future event strategies and lead management.
- Ensure consistent, on‑brand messaging aligned with Salesforce’s DNA, brand, and product positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree graduate (2027 or 2028) from any academic background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for professional interaction with local and international stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills in English and French.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in event management is a plus.
- Autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and a team‑player mindset.
