Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Leader

Datadog, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to proactively drive product attachment and nurture strong relationships with our largest customers.

You will advocate for the customer, translate needs into a Datadog value narrative, and collaborate with executives and technical teams to ensure measurable business outcomes. You will lead strategic reviews, analyze adoption trends, and own onboarding for new customers, while traveling as needed to engage with Fortune 1000 clients.
