Strategic Director, Customer Success - EMEA South

Workday is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to support enterprise clients across Continental Europe. You will lead a team as a people manager, drive adoption, manage escalations, and partner with Sales, Services and Product to demonstrate value.

This role is based in France with a hybrid work model and up to 35% travel. We value a track record of customer success leadership, strong communication, and the ability to influence at executive levels.
