Strategic Customer Success Manager – Mid-Market

RIOT in Paris is seeking a Customer Success professional to help Enterprise and Mid‑Market clients maximize value from our cybersecurity products. You will own a portfolio of about 120 Mid‑Market customers, driving retention and expansion while advising on best product usage.

This role requires fluent English and French, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing.
