Strategic Customer Success Leader - Hybrid (Paris/Dublin)

MongoDB is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Paris or Dublin for our hybrid work model. You will act as primary contact for end users, combine technical insight with account management, and lead the account team across Sales, Professional Services and Solutions Architects.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in customer success or similar, 5+ years managing health and revenue for Forbes Global 2000 accounts, and fluency in French and English.
